The first batch of residential ESS has been deployed for local schools and charitable institutions, addressing the impact of prolonged power outages. Reliable electricity has restored light to classrooms, enabling children to study and live in a safe environment. This marks the beginning of the HANCHU ESS Africa Public Welfare Initiative and the first time clean energy has taken root in the community.

Community Care Project · Bringing Reliable Electricity to Orphanages

Multiple sets of energy storage systems were donated to four charitable organizations in Zambia, significantly reducing power outages and lowering electricity costs. Reliable electricity ensures daily lighting, drinking water, learning environments and medical facilities for the children, tangibly improving their quality of life.

In the height of summer, the HANCHU ESS team returned to Zambia to witness the lasting impact of clean energy on orphanages and nursing homes. Children no longer fear the dark and nursing home infrastructure operates more safely. Clean energy is becoming a driving force for the long-term development of the community.
